Maksym, 13 y.o
Good day, Santa!
My name is Maksym, I am 13 years old, and I live in Zaporizhzhia. I love winter because my birthday is on January 1st, during the New Year holidays. During the holiday season, I always hope for a miracle and pleasant surprises.
More than anything, I dream of peace in Ukraine. But I also have my own childhood dreams.
I enjoy different sports, and I play volleyball with my friends, so I would be happy to receive a good volleyball. I also have a dog named Casper, and I walk with him for a long time outside. In winter, it’s cold and it may snow or rain, so I would like to ask for a nice winter jacket (height 167 cm). Like most kids, I love playing computer games with my brother, so it would be great to get a tablet for both of us.
In winter, it gets dark very early, so I need a powerful flashlight to make it less scary outside.
During Santa Day, both adults and children receive various treats. I would also love to get some and share them with my family.
Thank you, Santa, for reading my letter. I hope miracles do happen in life!

Kamila, 12 y.o
Dear Santa,
My name is Kamila. Our family is displaced due to the war, like many other Ukrainians, and we had to move to another city.
I would like to wish for the war to end soon, for children to return to school and the younger ones to return to kindergartens. I wish for no more tears, only smiles, and for no one to be afraid to go outside. I hope every child can have both their mom and dad.
Also, I would love to have double-sided colored markers, 'Sketch.'
Thank you!

I also dream of a light-up, wireless mirror for doing makeup.
Thank you,

Adel, 5 y.o
We are a Ukrainian family, Malyarchuk—grandmother Ella and granddaughter Adel. Since my granddaughter is still young (5 years old) and cannot write yet, I (grandmother) am writing for her. Currently, we are temporarily living in the city of Zaporizhzhia. When our Ukraine faced armed aggression from the aggressor country, we were forced to leave our hometown of Berdiansk because it was occupied. We miss our home and our warm Azov Sea very much. We are waiting for victory and hope it will come as soon as possible.
In our drawing, we painted a landscape of our hometown—Primorska Square in Berdiansk and the monument to the Bull-Feeder. We worked on this drawing together and colored it in.
Adel dreams of having a realistic Reborn doll with long hair, complete with clothes and a pacifier.
Thank you!
